Spotless completes acquisition of
CE Property Services Group

Cleanevent has been in the business of providing service to the Leisure and Tourism, Venue, Event and Retail sectors for almost 25 years, with an early realisation that it is the relationships in business that allow the nurturing of quality long-term partnerships. Commencing in 1987, with humble beginnings at Australia's famous Melbourne Cup carnival, a horse racing event steeped in tradition, we have grown to have operating divisions (or legacy in) over 20 countries across the majority of continents, with the consistent desire to be outstanding providers of quality service.
In March 2010, CE Property Services Group (Cleanevent) was acquired by Spotless Group Limited (Spotless). The acquisition brings together the broad portfolio of Spotless' facility services, including cleaning, facility management and asset maintenance, food and laundry services with the strong international event and venue cleaning operations of Cleanevent.
With more than 13,000 cleaning staff globally delivering cleaning services to over 6,000 customers, Spotless and Cleanevent now offer even broader facility service capabilities.
Our diverse range of first class brand offerings and our comprehensive range of services, combined with our nimbleness and business savvy, allows us to listen to the needs of our valued client base and develop qualitative solutions that are fit for purpose. Our stable of successes includes numerous Olympic and Commonwealth games, Grand Slam Tennis, Horse Racing, Motorsports and World Cup Class events which are second to none. The Stadia, Arena and Entertainment assets that we partner are an enviable “who’s who” of blue chip facilities from around the world and we continue to grow in this sector one relationship at a time.
Since 2004 within our CleanDomain brand, we have developed a specialised Retail and Commercial offering that sees us in support of over 70 properties around the globe.
